Rental Durations & Pricing
All rentals use clear, percentage-based pricing tied directly to deck value, so you always know exactly what you’re paying. Choose the timeline that best fits your testing schedule or tournament prep.
+ 2 weeks — 25% of deck value
For example a $1000 deck would cost $250 for 2 weeks
+ 4 weeks — 30% of deck value
Ex. a $1000 deck would cost $300 for 4 weeks
+ 8 weeks — 45% of deck value
Ex. a $1000 deck would cost $450 for 8 weeks
+ 12 weeks — 55% of deck value
Ex. a $1000 deck would cost $550 for 12 weeks
Canada Wide Shipping
Shipping is always included in the rental price — no extra fees, no surprises.
When you book a rental, the calendar automatically includes a built-in shipping buffer. Your rental start date is the day your deck is expected to arrive at your door, not the day it ships.
All rentals ship within 48 hours of approval. Delivery timing is factored into the booking process so your deck arrives before your rental period begins.
Typical delivery timelines:
Ontario & Quebec: 4–7 business days
Western Canada: 5–9 business days
Atlantic Canada: 6–10 business days
Return shipping is prepaid and arranged by us. Near the end of your rental, you’ll receive your return shipping label with the deck with clear instructions. Your deck must be scanned by the carrier on or before your final rental day.
